Do NOT rinse with boiling water or sterilize by boiling. This product is NOT dishwasher, microwave, or sterilizer safe. Please hand wash with lukewarm water and a mild detergent to prevent the lid from deforming or the exterior coating from peeling off.
This mug is designed to be splash-proof and leak-proof for normal daily commuting. However, under extreme conditions—such as being held upside down and shaken vigorously—there is a very small probability of minor liquid seepage. This is a normal physical occurrence and not a quality defect. If you are concerned about this, please consider your purchase carefully before buying.
Do not shake the mug forcefully when it is filled with hot beverages above 60°C (140°F). The build-up of internal pressure may cause hot steam or liquid to spray out unexpectedly, posing a risk of scalding.
