1-Year Limited Warranty

At OTE, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. We provide a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase to ensure you have the best experience with our products.

Warranty Period: 12 Months from the date of delivery.
Scope: Covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.

What is Covered?

  • Insulation Performance: If your flask loses its vacuum insulation properties (verified by our team) within the first year.
  • Manufacturing Defects: Issues such as leaking lids or structural integrity problems present upon arrival or appearing under normal use.
  • Material Flaws: Cracks or defects in the stainless steel or BPA-free plastics not caused by external impact.

What is NOT Covered?

To maintain fairness and transparency, the following situations are excluded from our warranty coverage:

Normal Wear & Tear

  • Scratches, dents, or paint chips occurring during daily use.
  • Fading of colors or logos over time.
  • Silicone seal degradation from regular aging.

Improper Use & Care

  • Boiling damage: Peeling or deformation caused by boiling plastic lids or accessories in high-temperature water.
  • Dishwasher damage: Issues caused by non-dishwasher safe cleaning methods.
  • Accidental drops or impacts.

Important Care Instructions

To prolong the life of your OTE product and keep your warranty valid, please follow these guidelines:

  • Hand Wash Recommended: Unless specified as dishwasher safe, please hand wash with mild soap.
  • Avoid Boiling: Do not boil the plastic lids or the flask body to sanitize; use warm soapy water instead.
  • No Microwave/Freezer: Do not place the product in the microwave or freezer.

How to Claim Your Warranty

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email support@otehome.com with your Order ID.
  2. Provide Proof: Attach clear photos or a short video showing the defect (e.g., a "hot spot" on the exterior indicating vacuum failure).
  3. Evaluation: Our technical team will review your claim within 2-3 business days.
  4. Resolution: Approved claims will receive a replacement of the same or equivalent item at no product cost to the customer.
